Warranty and Service Policy

HATZ Engine Warranty

The HATZ Diesel Turbo engine is backed by a 2-year warranty for parts and service, starting from the pickup or delivery date.

All engine warranty services are handled by Cummins and the HATZ service team.

Warranty Claim Process for Customers & Dealers

The Warranty Claim Form must be completed for all warranty claims. This form is provided to dealers for accurate and efficient documentation.

Once a claim has been approved, complete the Warranty Approval Form and send to the dealer in PDF format.
